Introspector, next turn

It seems to me that Introspector.implementsMethod is dead code. Maybe it
could get removed in a tidy-up.

Just to let you know, I started working on incorporating bean info obtained
through java.beans.Introspector into Velocity introspection machinery. I'll
yell when I'm done.
