Someone mentioned that they had pooled contexts to achieve some significant 
performance improvement - but I can't find the message about that.  Can anyone point 
me to some code fragments showing how this might best be done?  Setting up a pool 
itself is, I think, pretty straightforward.  What I'm unclear about is how to 
efficiently 'recondition' the used contexts.
