At this point, I'm not even using Anakia, so I'm just throwing things in. Recently I had to choose between XML processing packages and Dom4J seemed a better match to my problem. Anyway, I've noticed Jaxen/Saxpath projects that combine both JDom/Dom4J and enable people to use any implementation they want. In theory, one could pick yet another Jaxen/Saxpath thingy (if they existed) and still not change a single line of code. Kinda like Crimson/Xerces/Xalan/Trax vs. JAXP. It would give people that use Anakia a bit more choice. That's all. Since I'm not the user (yet), this whole thing is rhetorical. Bojan PS. When (if) I see you, I have to beat you up because you gave me that XML idea for PumpServlet. Guess what I'm doing at the moment... ;-)
