In ResourceManagerImpl.java and ResourceManager.java the javadoc comment of 
initialize():
"assembleSourceInitializers" should be 
"assembleResourceLoaderInitializers". And perhaps it is not required to call it (but 
it's OK to 
call it anyway) as initialize calls it automatically.
