There is much more current documentation available at

not sure.  i don't know much about expresso.  the struts integration has been
pretty easy so far.  it should get even easier once the Struts folks get
around to making their RequestUtils class view-agnostic (i.e. factor
JSP-centric stuff out to a JSPRequestUtils).

feel free to post questions here.  i'm generally around.  as for docs, the
project docs (javadoc and xdocs) are about all the documentation i know of.
i'd suggest checking the velocity tools project out and perusing the
org.apache.velocity.tools.struts.* package and the struts example.
