Hi Peter,

You could download the whole CVS tree into a separate directory, then do a
diff.  The advantage is you can do diff -ruN, which operates recursively and
includes new files in the diff.  (there's no way to include new files in a
CVS diff unless you have commit access, I believe).

If you're really stuck, just make the bugzilla patch and post the source
files for now and patches later.  Realistically, (and unfortunately) there's
a backlog of commits, so it's unlikely to be committed until the community
gets the committer situation sorted out.
