it is only needed now to build the veltools documentation, and that's only because DVSL depends on it. so, it should still be shipped with the source release, just not the binary. > Also the lib/readme.txt file is gone which described what all of these > various jar files were used for. actually, it's not gone. it's just not included in the binary distribution. and i think that's probably for the best right now. it's been pretty difficult to remember to keep that file up to date and in sync.
