THis application contains multiple web archives where more of this archive (actually 2 of them) uses Velocity. THr archives themselves are deployed in exloded format. When try to forward a struts action to a velocity template, we get the above message mentioned in the summary. THis seems to happen only when more than one web archive uses velocity. If undeploy one of the archives which uses velocity, then forward works fine without any problem. I am not sure if this is problem with JBOss or Tomcat but I thought I will approach you first.
