+1 to all, but on #3 please add me to the Emeritus page. I never claimed to be a "Contributor" - even though I humbly (yet never directly) asked to be taken up as one a few times.

(5) Add a short section about "Building a Web Application" to the "Getting Started" page. (with links to Velocity Tools). This deserves to be highlighted.
Let me know if I'm stepping on anybody's toes here, particularly with #3.
