I've gotten four of the test to pass using plugable introspection. it's a 
bit of a hack, but fairly good. and by using the TestableUberspect I was 
able to easily identafiy and fix a fair amount of bugs.

but still need to fix the fourth
getMethod() is never called with a null object. so can't do a null pointer 
exception.

and believe that the comunity could benifit from a much easier to test 
Uberspect, so still need someone to pair with to push these changes into the 
velocity project.
