it seems the recent svn directory re-organization fouled up some of
the authentication stuff.  it also made it so that tools and dvsl
commits will now go to [EMAIL PROTECTED]  rather than
velocity-tools-cvs or velocity-dvsl-cvs.  Does that bother anyone? 
i'm personally fine with it.

Should be fixed. The authentication was still setup for
jakarta/velocity-tools/. Also fixed dvsl.

Looking at the mail configuration, the commit notifications are now
going to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and not
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Is this a problem?
