it seems the recent svn directory re-organization fouled up some of the authentication stuff. it also made it so that tools and dvsl commits will now go to [EMAIL PROTECTED] rather than velocity-tools-cvs or velocity-dvsl-cvs. Does that bother anyone? i'm personally fine with it.

The authentication was still setup for jakarta/velocity-tools/. Also fixed dvsl. Looking at the mail configuration, the commit notifications are now going to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and not [EMAIL PROTECTED] Is this a problem?
