I hope that after the massive cleanup Will is doing now (Go Will!!!) that issues will be more visible when reported, and we can get the reporter to file a test case when it's fresh in their mind. > i'd vote to resolve that as "can't reproduce" and close it. +1 For policy -- I think it's fine to ask the user for an update, and then mark cannot reproduce and close it out if there isn't a response in a few weeks.
