Dreamweaver Ultradev and velocity

Hi,

I am interesting to know if there is any integration between Ultradev and
Velocity?
The goal is to be able to design Velocity template with the favorite tool of
the Web Designer.

Or, what it is your strategie for the Web design, How the Web Designer can
work directly on the Velocity template?
How can we avoid the transformation of the design of the static HTML page
done by the Web designer to the Velocity template ?
