RAID configuration and SAN provisioning on devices from vendors such as EMC, Net App, IBM or Hitachi SAN monitoring/troubleshooting with hands-on experience with SAN monitoring tools such as SAN Screen from NetApp, ECC from EMC or Finisar's NetWisdom.
