*Responsibilities:
The primary role of the candidate will be: Provide Production Support for
P-Card system
Support P-Card system by providing troubleshooting skills for business
critical issues. VB.Net, Visual Studio 6.0 and MSQL
Perform break-fix and minor enhancements ensuring knowledge transfer occurs
with the support staff.
Conduct Root Cause analysis and make recommendations to resolve the
identified issue
Develop Test plans, User Documentation, Support Manual, code Management and
Release management.
Enter and update support tickets in remedy as required
Escalate appropriate issues to Management *
*Specific Deliverables:
Review and/or document system landscape, Test plans, User Documentation,
Support Manual, code Management and Release management processes.
Provide incident support (Help Desk Tickets)
Provide Support for small enhancements including
Impact Analysis Document / Design specifications
Functional and Technical Specifications for Code Development
Document Unit test plan, document results
Modified / Developed and Tested Source Code.

*Requirements:
BS in computer science or related job experience
In depth knowledge of VB.Net, Visual Studio 6.0, MSSQL providing, MQ Series
EAI
On-Call Support: In Support of a Business Critical support incident. Support
to be provided by phone and web technologies*
