Test Lead with:
Conversion experience
Must be expert and able to hit the ground running.
Must have technical experience and expert with SQL queries
Must be able to set-up entire test plan.
Must have experience managing/leading a team
Will be responsible for status reporting
Must have excellent communication
Will have to work with PM and other Test Leads and testers on the team
