Sr.Technical Documentum Analyst Needed

Local: Houston, TX
Duration: 4 months
Locals only: Face to Face interview

Job Description:      

Assist in managing the relationship between IS and the business unit,
including support for relevant enterprise content management systems for
internal and 3rd party clients. Provide support, including customer calls,
demonstrations, implementations, training and support for relevant systems.
Provide second-level support for internal customers, including managing
bug-fixes and enhancements internally and with vendor(s) when appropriate. 

Qualifications:         

Ø      Minimum five (5) years related experience in a fast-paced information
technology environment with at least three (3) year in a leadership role
developing and implementing IS/IT solutions.

Ø      Must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant business knowledge
and experience supporting Documentum and related business applications.

Ø      Experience in Documentum or other equivalent enterprise content
management software including document capture and workflow solutions

Ø      Understanding of document/content management and workflow concepts

Ø      Experience configuring/performance tuning application servers,
preferably Weblogic. 

Ø      J2EE development skills using MVC framework and STRUTS experience

Ø      Good documentation/written skills covering both functional and
technical documents

Ø      Experience with PVCS/CVS or other source control software

Ø      Experience developing batch jobs/applications

Ø      Good debugging and problem analysis/resolution skills

Ø      Experience in all aspects of System Development Life Cycle

Ø      Experience supporting end-users

Ø      UNIX and Windows OS

Ø      Experience using automated testing tools such as Mercury, Serena

Ø      Application server clustering and administration

Ø      Experience in training end users

Ø      Project management skills and experience a big plus.

Ø      Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with
the ability to collaborate and interact confidently with individuals at all
levels; must be dedicated to a high degree of customer service with the
ability to work well in a team environment.

Ø      Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and perform well
under extreme time constraints and demands during emergency conditions.

Ø      Ability to effectively express technical concepts to non-technical
personnel.

Ø      May require quick access via cell phone or pager in addition to
responses to after hours service interruptions.

Ø      Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with
clients, supervisors, co-workers, staff, vendors, executive management and
other constituents.

Ø      Occasional travel to client sites and other company locations.

Ø      Experience with Sharepoint for corporate collaboration, workflow, and
document management applications
