The client is in the middle of testing their HCM modules for SAP and are short on resources. They are trying to find someone full time but since it takes a while to hire, they are also interested in temp resources. They need individuals who are familiar with HRIS or Health and Welfare areas who can pick up and help them with testing. Since they are looking for consultants to fill in while they find someone full time the estimated duration would be 3-6 months or until they find someone full time. Since the description is more for a full time, some areas may not apply for the contract part. If you find someone who is willing to go perm or contract to perm we can send those too.
Provides business expertise in the implementation and maintenance in SAP HCM/SAP HR of all Health & Welfare Benefits projects and processes including new Benefits plans and deductions, enrollment, system interfaces, reporting/analysis, and the like. Works with in-house and third party professionals in all areas of SAP HCM/SAP HR system implementation and maintenance, including requirements gathering, process design, and testing. Works with third party vendors to monitor and ensure efficient and proper operation and maintenance of system interfaces. Provides initial and recurrent training to Benefits staff on SAP HCM/SAP HR processes. Audits current SAP HCM/SAP HR processes and provides recommendations for process improvements. Fulfills the responsibilities of a Business Analyst, as needed. Must have a minimum of three years experience in a health and welfare environment. Must have meaningful experience with SAP HCM/SAP HR (3-5 years strongly preferred). PHR/SPHR preferred. Must understand SAP project life cycle as it relates to requirements gathering, testing, delivery, and QA. Must understand touch points between SAP HCM/SAP HR and other SAP modules (Payroll, FI/CO, OM, PA, etc).
