*Relevant Experience (Yrs.)   :           5-7 years*

*Technical/Functional Skills       *

·         Minimum of two years of Dynamics AX experience (Preferably
Dynamics AX 2009)

·         Services support – Understanding workflow processing between
services

·         Extensive knowledge on T-SQL Scripting, Stored procedures and
Jobs (SQL Server 2008)

*Roles & Responsibilities                     *

·         Operational Process Management Skills – ITIL (5+ Years)

·         Very strong communication skills

·         Incident / Change Management

·         Configuration management

·         Quick learning and documenting

·         Prioritization of requests

·         ONCALL Rotation

·         Tier 2 Support , drive the resolution along with managing the
response time

·         Troubleshoot PRODUCTION issues technically and functionally and
resolve them to closure

·         Coordinating with Tier 1 Support  to address the ticket/incident
for quicker resolution. Follow up on issues.

·         Analysis of reports received by partner teams and follow up.

·          Daily and weekly status report or metrics by highlighting the
incident status

·         Write bugs describing issues found that need to be tracked and/or
resolved.

·         Analyze the integration issues and support technically by
validating the Loggings

·         Managing End user's permission on Terminal servers and on
application

·         Monitoring the application services for quick resolution of PROD
issues

·         Ticket/Incident Triaging with Onshore counterpart

·         Work with test, Dev and PM teams for addressing critical issues

·         Contribute to service review metrics

·         Shift coverage Accountabilities: -Monitor and resolve incident
queue - Manage escalations

·         Release management in in PPE & Production

·         Should have exposure on the data validation before the data is
moved from one system to the other.

·         Patch deployment on the servers

·         Service account password update

·         Setting up SCOM / custom monitoring
