Produce IT End to End systems requirement for Performance management, Fault Management, SIP Monitoring, Network Provisioning and Usage Collection. Candidate will work with Business Clients, Network design engineers and IT applications to produce IT business and system requirement documents for AT&T Voice related Projects (Wireline, Wireless and VOIP).
