Plant Maintenance Implementation skills in terms of simple equipment
maintenance and tracking down to the added audit able level that will be
required for high level healthcare.

This will include the tie in to using SAP as a shop floor recording tool
and SAP's Quality Notifications so we can store procedures used for the
equipment maintenance and determine revisions and validity dates.

Also who signed off on the procedures and the training of those procedures,
the materials used for the maintenance and full interval storage including
equipment hours, maintenance schedules and history.

Quality falls under Inventory Control but the Plant Maintenance piece ties
into those notifications for audit purposes.

This would need to be a senior level consultant that has a very good
understanding of the integration points as well as the document management
piece.

Key Skills: Plant Maintenance Implementation Skills (multiple complex)

Knowledge of using SAP as a Shop Floor Tool

Integration with SAP Quality Notifications

Thorough understanding of all Plant Maintenance Master Data and Maintenance
Orders

Thorough knowledge of equipment maintenance schedules

Knowledge of FDA Audit requirements in terms of equipment and healthcare
