Job Role: Applicaiton Pakager Duration: 3 months Location: US • Provide operational services for packaging of Applications, Software Updates, and custom scripting as well as validation of operating systems images and deployments. • Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues with application packages and their associated deployments for both Microsoft internal and external customers. • Proactively identify and log bugs/ DCR’s to relevant teams with thorough follow-up. • Collaborate with various support and development teams to improve the overall quality of delivery not just for the team but for the entire ECTO organization. • Use technical expertise in Windows OS and SCCM 2007/Configuration Manager 2012 as well as other enterprise applications to automate manual tasks. • Troubleshoot failures, identify problems, and recommend solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability. • Assist in building, implementing and improving processes related with day-to-day Application Management Operations -- Thanks & Regards, *Naveen Krishna* Cloudeeva, Inc.
