Title – Supply Chain – TSW Specialist
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 1 2 months contract
Work Description: Expert process design/developer/configuration in SAP
TSW. Special emphasis on delivery of TSW scheduling and ticketing solutions
for Oil & Gas implementations. Strong business process knowledge and
communication skills required. Must have extensive customization experience
(e.g. secondary cost capture, intercompany nom & ticketing, marine and
pipeline scheduling related IT tools/portals/etc)
Expert knowledge of SAP R/3 MM Purchasing and Inventory
Management
Intermediate knowledge of TSW capabilities including
nominations, ticketing, berth scheduling. Contract admin, trade capture and
complex pricing, pipeline movements, marine scheduling
Intermediate knowledge of pipeline and marine scheduling
business solutions
Intermediate knowledge project execution, design concepts
and integration practices. Demonstrated ability to develop solutions using
an iterative, time boxed approach in a global environment
Experience working with bolt-on packages and/or extensive
custom development
- 10+ years of IS design and development experience
- 4+ years of intensive years of SAP TSW project experience
- 2+ years of custom extension/design/development experience
- 2+ years of data harmonization accross multiple source
systems on various versions of SAP R/3
- 2+ years of SAP R/3 MM/SD (Sales,Purchasing and Inventory
Management) project experience
- 2+ years of SAP production support experience
- 2+ years of MM enhancement development experience
- must have broad background of logistics projects
- must have led/worked on at least 2 SAP R/3 projects
- must have led/worked on at least 2 SAP TSW projects
- must have global project experience working in a global
TSW environment
- must have extremely strong communication skills
- MUST have ability to travel to Belgium without a visa
Desired (PREFER this too):
- Experience working with XOM policies and practices
- Experience working on prior XOM projects
- Supply Chain process experience in the business itself
- PMI experience in the business itself
- ABAP design and development
- project management experience (including all aspects of
the PLC - planning, definition, estimation, construction, testing,
training, stewardship, change management, etc.)
- SAP BASIS/Batch design and development
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Oracle, DB2 or other database experience
- Unix experience
- SAP BW
- MS in MIS, CE, etc.
