o Forecast
o Reports
Knowledge on Integration of CRM On Demand with Third Party
Applications
o Real Time Integration using middleware
o Batch Integration using Web Services / Data Import Tools
o Web Services Directory
* Knowledge on Data Migration Functionality in Oracle CRM on
Demand*
o Apex Data Loader
o Data Import/Export Tools
o Data Transformation using third party tools
Strong knowledge on Middleware tools
Good experience in handling onsite - offshore model
Exposure to ETL tools like Informatica, Humming Bird and Et cetera
In-depth Knowledge on MS Excel
Knowledge on Data Extraction, Data Cleansing, Transformation
and Data Load
