*Major Job Functions:*







* Collaborating with stakeholders in collecting and documenting business
requirements for new implementations or new functionality. Work planning
and scoping based on phased approach to implementation. Design and
Architecture of Oracle e-business suite as per user requirements.
Configuration and development of application functionality and solutions
using the e-business framework. Design and development of legacy system
data integration routines. End user training and support Fit/Gap Analysis
and solution design *
* General Skill and Experience requirements:*
*• Sound experience and understanding end to end of Oracle e-business suite
functionality*











* • Ability to develop and convert the business/functional
requirements into technical design. • Direct experience leading and
conducting design reviews. • Strong experience investigating solution
options and working within the framework to configure/establish stated
solution set. • Strong experience documenting and conducting fit/gap
analysis. • Significant experience delivering and managing solutions
around data integration and cross module dependencies and impacts. •
Mandatory hands on experience with Oracle databases, tools, and e-business
suite • Prefer experience working with OBIEE. Must have good experience
working with business intelligence tools -- developing and using the
framework to drive analysis functions and designing and building views that
are utilized by business users. • Direct experience developing
management processes built around the use of business intelligence tools. •
Min 5 years experience architecting and building solutions around the
e-business suite. • Strong experience with structured data validation
testing to include test data creation and root cause analysis. • Very good
communication skills -- verbal and written- must include writing technical
specifications, operational documentation, and working directly with users.
• Experience and success with user training*

* • Must have at least 4 years experience with Oracle R12. **• Prefer
experience working with Oracle e-business platform in a government or
utility organization.*


* Role Specific Skill and Experience Requirements:*


*1- Implementation Functional Specialist*

* o Meets the general skill and experience requirements outlined above **o
At least 5 years experience working with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts
Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) within the e-Business suite.*




* o Helpful to have experience working with Work Asset Management (WAM) o
Experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations Inventory and
Purchasing Functional Specialist o Meets the general skill and experience
requirements outlined above o *
*At least 7 years experience working with Inventory, Accounts Payable (AP),
Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and Purchasing within the
e-Business suite. *




*o Specialization in working with Inventory Management functionality o
Solid understanding of MRP o Experience with at least 2 full life cycle
implementations o Direct experience and success managing, reducing, and
controlling inventory levels o Prefer experience in managing inventory for
construction related efforts *
*2-Contract Management Functional Specialist*








* o Meets the general skill and experience requirements outlined above o At
least 8 years experience working with Inventory, Accounts Payable (AP),
Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and Purchasing within the
e-Business suite. o At least 8 years experience specialization in working
with Contract Management functions within the e-Business suite. o
Experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations o Very strong
understanding of acquisition processes surrounding managing large number of
construction and engineering vendors.  o Demonstrated success and strong
experience in streamlining contract management functions Fixed Asset
Functional Specialist o Meets the general skill and experience requirements
outlined above *

*o At least 7 years experience working with Inventory, Accounts Payable
(AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Asset (FA)
within the e-Business suite. o Good understanding of MRP principals o At
least 7 years experience specialization in working with Oracle Fixed Asset
functions within the e-Business suite.*


* o Demonstrated success in designing and implementing streamlined FA
functions to simplify asset management and accounting tasks inclusive of
asset transfers, disposals, reclassification, financial adjustments, and
tax legacy conversion. o Experience with at least 2 full life cycle
implementations o Direct experience and success managing, reducing, and
controlling inventory levels*
