*Must have PM experience - UAT experience - able to handle large amount of
service requests - **SharePoint 2010 (Standard and Enterprise Edition)*

*  Seeking a full-time Project Manager with a strong background in
organizing User Acceptance Testing. Prior experience with portal
requirements and services a plus. This candidate will be part of the team
that maintains the intranet case management, employee directory, search and
building out intranet capability requirements. The primary role of this
candidate will be planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing with
internal and external stakeholders for migrating functionality and content
to SharePoint 2010. Another important role for this candidate will include
working closely with the Global Intranet Services team for improving,
standardizing, and documenting service intake model for Contact.*


*Position Requirement*






*  - 6+ years experience working with requirement gathering and user
experience design.  - Solid knowledge of SharePoint 2010 (Standard and
Enterprise Edition) capabilities. Microsoft SharePoint certification is a
plus.  - Have written automated testing scripts for integration and
performance testing.  - Strong written and verbal communication skills  -
Available to conduct weekend production verifications.  - Experience
deploying CMS systems for large audience/stakeholders.*




*Responsibilities *












* - Identify scope of migration and UAT effort based on existing migration
plan.  - Create comprehensive User Acceptance plan for migration large
amount of intranet content.  - Plan and participate in post production
activities which include user acceptance testing and production
verification execution based on requirements.  - Develop, prioritize and
maintain requirements by learning and following client's standard project
management cycle and tools.  - Monitor and maintain traceability of
requirements through development, quality assurance, user acceptance
testing, production verification and ongoing maintenance.  - Demonstrate
good understanding of the SharePoint capabilities and develop realistic
requirements.  - Improve processes for standardizing the way the global
intranet team receive and complete requirements.  - Design wireframes and
process diagrams for further clarifying business requirements with business
and technology team members.  - Work with various teams for delivering the
intranet capabilities. The candidate will work closely with user
experience/designers, System Analysts, System Architects, Developers,  -
Provide back-up support for the case management team.  *
