Drives continuous evolution of technology architecture aligned with business vision and direction Develop and deliver Portfolio Technology Roadmap(s) and maintain capability maps applicable across BU. Maximize the value of current technology and platform investment. Provide solution architecture expertise for development projects Demonstrate technology leadership through continuous learning of new technologies Ensure IT compliance with Client standards and best practices. Maintain an expert knowledge of the IT Architectural industry and best practices; Evaluate, recommend, evangelize and realize new technology adoption Drive standardizations and consistency of tools and processes across the organization Establish best practice standards and processes for on-going management of development strategy *RESPONSIBILITIES* Should have been responsible for architecting and designing at least two large Salesforce.com implementations, specifically Sales cloud that includes a global implementation supporting multiple currencies and languages. Should have been responsible for architecting and designing integration solutions for Salesforce.com in a large enterprise environment. Should have at least 4 years of Salesforce.com implementation experience, including org consolidation, app exchange product selection / consolidation. 5+ years' direct experience with many of the following: Exposure to Content Knowledge based systems such as SFDC Knowledge management, Savo, Callidus etc Exposure to social computing platforms such as Radian 6 or equivalent Exposure to Cloud based application such as Financial Force, Sales methods etc. Experience with Quoting and configuration systems such as Big Machines, Apptus or equivalent. Hands on exposure to Sales Force Sales and Service cloud Integration experience utilizing middleware technologies such as TIBCO, Oracle Fusion, BPEL, Webservices, cloud based services such as Informatica on Cloud, Relational Junction, SnapLogic etc. Experience with mobile applications Knowledge of integrating with core ERP systems such as Oracle Ebusiness *QUALIFICATIONS* 10+ years of software development experience delivering highly available, scalable, secure, maintainable and redundant application systems handling high transaction volumes 5+ years' experience as architect driving technology evolution and adoption within an organization Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science Experience working with multi-vendor highly outsourced application development environment. Business acumen and ability to understand business drivers and recommend cost effective technology options in response to business needs Expertise in Marketing Campaign Management systems preferably Aprimo. Proven experience creating and maintaining technical and business architecture documentation Outstanding analysis and architectural skills. Ability to define solutions, determine pros and cons and recommend solutions to realize technology and business vision. Ability to prioritize and meet deliverables in a highly driven and demanding environment. Demonstrated commitment for continuous learning of current and emerging technologies. Outstanding communication, influencing and presentation skills. Troubleshooting and identifying technical issues. Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while delivering outstanding results. Should have significant exposure in technical architecture and underlying data needs for running a successful Campaign management system.
