Under the leadership of a Software Development Team Lead, Senior Software Developer collaborates with internal customers, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess application impacts, and recommend solution options. Individual in this job position should be familiar with all stages of the System Development Life Cycle. Senior Software Developer may have leadership responsibility for small to medium size projects, regularly coach other team members, and may plan work for others to meet project deadlines.
