Works closely with the business team to transform business requirements into technical specifications. Coordinates and oversees specific development activities using both onshore and offshore development teams. This practitioner works closely with the project manager to ensure adequate reporting of development status, monitoring, and feedback on the development team.* *Technical leads typically have mastery level knowledge of the technology as well as project execution and delivery methodologies.
