This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource. 5+ years experience with ITM 6 5+ years expirience with monitoring tools, Tivoli Netcool prefered 5+ years Perl and Shell scripting ability Experience with at least one of the following: o BSM Topaz o CA Wily o Frontline Aternity Excellent written and oral communication capabilities; ability to influence and successfully interface with other team members Strategic view of a broad cross section of UNIX and Windows technologies Prior experience in capacity planning, systems performance analysis and optimization Advanced technical problem solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Part of a team with shared responsibility for the end-to-end event monitoring infrastructure of business-aligned applications using a variety of tools including: BSM Topaz, Tivoli Framework, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Tivoli Netcool, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, CA Wily, CA Capacity Manager, Frontline Aternity.
