They should be ready to tackle the most demanding assignments, from departmental data mining engagements to enterprise-wide e-business solutions implemented by cross-functional teams. *Desired Skills & Experience* · Mandatory: Microstrategy, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Client-facing, Agile/Scrum methodology · Preferred: Cable Industry knowledge *Job Requirements:* · Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is required · 10+ years of overall experience. 7+ years of MicroStrategy experience. · Business Intelligence development experience and programming experience using Microstrategy, experience on MicroStrategy Portals & Advanced Dashboard and visualization. Must have valid MicroStrategy Certifications (CPD and CRD minimum) · Experience in Agile Implementation methodology. · Application knowledge in Cable, Telecom. · Strong communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language · Ability to mentor and lead a team of consultants from onsite and offshore. · Ability to work under minimal supervision · Excellent client facing skills with Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills · Valid US visa and work authorization *Job Duties (include but are not limited to):* · Provide billable consulting support to achieve account objectives and production success.
