Ø About 10+ years of experience in IT, as *MS SQL Server 2008/2005*.
Database Developer in Windows environment.
Ø Extensive experience knowledge in *ETL *using *SQL Server
Integration Services* *2005 /2008(SSIS).*
Ø Experience in Designing and Implementation of Business Intelligence
applications using*SQL Server 2005 and 2008 Integration Services (SSIS),
Reporting Services (SSRS) *and*Analysis Services (SSAS).*
Ø Expert in Creating *stored procedures*, *Views, Indexes *and
effective *User Defined functions* and appropriate *Triggers* to facilitate
data manipulation using *T-SQL.*
Ø Experience with *Data Transformation Services* (DTS) an *Extract
Transform Load* (ETL) tool of *SQL Server* to populate data from various
data sources by creating packages for different data loading operations for
each application.
Ø Expert in developing SSIS Packages to Extract, Transform and Load
(ETL)/DTS data into the *Data warehouse* from Heterogeneous databases such
as Oracle, *Netezza*, MS SQL, Excel and MS Access.
Ø Expertise in working on all activities related to the development,
implementation, administration and support of ETL processes for
large-scale *Data
Warehouses* using SSIS with MS SQL 2008/2005
Ø Experienced in designing and developing large number of *enterprise
reports* (*SSRS*)using the data from ETL loads and various heterogeneous
data sources.
Ø Expertise in creating *Cubes* with dimensions and facts tables in
MOLAP Warehouse using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
Ø Created calculated measures and dimension members using Multi
Dimensional Expressions (*MDX*).
Ø *Design / develop database *using *SQL SERVER 2000 / 2005/2008.*
Ø Expert level skills in *Data Modeling*, *Normalization,* *Optimization
and Performance Tuning.*
Ø Experience in using tools like Index Tuning Wizard, *SQL Profiler* and
WindowsPerformance Monitor for monitoring and Tuning MS SQL Server

Ø Experience in different team projects with extensive project
implementation, team skills, troubleshooting, presentation abilities and
issue resolution capabilities.
