Open working environment, very casual and collaborative The IT CRM Business Analyst contributes to day to day operational support and project delivery . Work with IT and brand team members to define, scope and develop new processes for marketing technology initiatives. Facilitate use of the system throughout the organization, helping partners to obtain maximum value from CRM resources. Produce documentation and training on new projects and features. Desired Skills: Minimum two years’ experience in a role related to marketing technology such as customer databases, email marketing and web analytics. Superior written and verbal communication skills with proven abilities in writing both technical and business documents including requirements, process flow and end user training documentation. Understanding of database concepts and tools with experience writing SQL. Ability to prioritize work effectively with a shared resource pool and handle multiple competing demands while delivering to deadlines. Competence with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
