In depth knowledge of Apache Tomcat. Knowledge of IBM LDAP/Websphere is a major plus. Ability to decipher what is on a server and migrate it. Must be self-starters. They must be able to understand how a server is configured and migrate it. Minimum of 5 years heavy Window Server experience.
