You will be responsible for coordination and orchestration of design, development and testing of numerous technology solutions that will enable the IVR transformation. * *Primary Responsibilities:* *Work closely with the business and other areas of IT to understand and contribute to the execution of IVR project to achieve goals Ensure there is clear ownership (accountability/responsibility) and focus to drive as well as resolve emerging streams of system development, integration, support and maintenance complexities Understand and help execute the project including adjustments as needed based on technical environment Work with engineers and other cross functional teams like Product Management, Project Management, Release Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams Ensure technical design reviews and code reviews are performed for projects* *Qualifications:* *Education/Experience A degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis Experience developing web services using REST Proficiency in design patterns* *Basic* *Strong communication, writing, and critical thinking skills; attention to detail Excellent diagnostic, debugging, and troubleshooting skills 3+ years in a production development environment, preferably with exposure to Order Management or CRM systems 3+ years experience developing applications deployed on an enterprise strength application server (preferably on WebSphere Application Server.)
