They are finishing phase 1 and this will involve phase 2 and likely a phase 3 later in the year. The ideal candidate can use Android like they can program for any other Linux flavor (i.e.: find the API, know the classes, call the classes, produce an output). * *Summary* * Client is working at a layer where the APIs are rough, if available at all, because they are intercepting the app as it calls these APIs and changing the information it is requesting (either intercepting and adding more information, or changing its routing all together) which requires a more in-depth knowledge of the API. This is not basic android app development.
