This is a multi-year project for Clinical to help streamline the process for creating, updating and managing Formularies that are used by our clients. The is a high visibility program for Optum Rx business. These individuals will be part of a team already working on this initiative. We currently have 10 developers and are in need of an additional 15 developers to meet our aggressive timelines. Our first deliverable on this initiative is due April 2015 These resources will be a part of the Pharmacy Benefits Service team. This team supports green field application development for the Optum Rx Busienss unit. Work with software development professionals building portal applications in the J2EE/Portal environment Build and manage relationships with business team to understand their goals Propose technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed those goals Engage in application architecture and design decisions Deliver a robust self-service environment for the end user community Implement/maintain a repeatable iterative software development methodology Manage SDLC processes and associated artifacts Ensure ongoing compliance with SDLC processes Communicate with stakeholders and management team on a regular basis in a concise manner Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions.
