Work with service consumers to analyze and resolve defects in existing services. Participate in or review all of the steps in the software development life cycle to create and modify the software. **KEY JOB FUNCTIONS* * • Participate with team of technical staff and business managers or practitioners in the business unit to determine systems requirements and functionality needed in a suite of related synchronous, asynchronous, and publish-only data vending services. • Work with consumers to analyze potential defects. Use SQL to analyze scenarios to determine the root cause of defects. • Utilize a defect-tracking system to confirm, assign, and monitor progress on reported defects.
