The ideal individual will have 8+ years of industry experience, obtained a degree, and be responsible for successful technical delivery of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence projects using a formal project management methodology. They will also have experience with enterprise architecture, new technology implementation, research and evaluation of emerging technologies, strategic technology planning, consulting, software validation, business support and health care industry. Generally operating in a strategic capacity, works with line management to evaluate existing systems and/or end-user needs to design, recommend, and assist in the implementation of complex system changes. Familiar with a broad range of healthcare-related business and/or IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Creates value for an organization through the application of knowledge, techniques, and assets to improve business performance. May involve providing objective appraisals where it is often easier for an expert outsider to see the broader picture. Typically required to summarize and present findings to audiences of various organizational levels. *Top Three Skills/Experience (8+ years)* 1. System Integration, Data warehouse build, Data mart build. 2. High Microsoft Project skills with PMP 3.
