Software Developers are responsible for implementation and creation of
technology solutions to meet the requirements of our products and services.
You will work directly with our business partners, business analysts and
partner IT teams to interpret requirements, and design high performing
solutions deliver product solutions and enhancements.
*Required Qualifications:*
• 5+ years of experience with Classic ASP, ASP.NET
• 5+ years of experience with C#
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server – store procedures,
queries
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript
Proficient in solution design
• Production environment deployment and maintenance
Experience with secure coding practices
• Good debugging, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships
with and influence other functional areas
• Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
• Operates independently with minimal guidance by management
• Ability to manage numerous concurrent projects
• Knowledge of web/integration services, including WMB,
RESTful, SOAP and WSDL.
*Job Function/Responsibilities*
The position will involve work on multiple projects/initiatives,
often multiple at one time in various stages of the development lifecycle.
Besides contributing to new projects, the candidate needs to be
able to maintain and enhance existing software products with minimal
direction.
Working directly with customers will be required to understand the
highest level parameters of a business problem and designing the solution
before requirements gathering.
Candidate must be able to comfortably speak to variety of
audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
· Collaborate, communicate with different teams, and triage
technical issues across teams
· Help in every stage of the project lifecycle – analysis, design,
development, test and support the application
