*Role: Salesforce/SFDC Administrator* *Location: San Diego, CA.* *Duration: 6+ Months (LOCALS Preferred)* *Required Experience :* This role requires an individual to lead internal cross-departmental coordination to understand how to best customize and implement Salesforce.com. In addition, this position will need to put into place processes and programs for launching functionality and a method for constantly reviewing utilization. The goal of this role is to ensure best use of Salesforce.com by the company and its customers through increased adoption to improve corporate productivity and efficiency. *Job Duties: * · Own and drive daily administration and support of Salesforce.com data and processes including but not limited to managing multiple customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations. · Creation of dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly performance and reporting at individual, team, manager, and enterprise levels. · Manage user setup, including profiles and roles with a heightened awareness around permissions and security. · Identify, create, implement, and manage workflow rules, data validation, and triggers in partnership with ALL departments - built right, the first time. · Promote successful adoption and launch of SFDC Communities and Chatter deployment internally and externally. · Work across all departments to identify/invent new functionality for them by understanding current processes, proposing new solutions, gathering consensus for simplified process improvements that increase corporate efficiency. · Collaborate with multiple organizational units to facilitate the efficient, controlled flow of information across the entire project lifecycle. · Keep abreast of all new Salesforce.com releases, features and functionality constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes and information flow. · Enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities, including the construction of new reports and dashboards. · Train new Salesforce.com users based on defined business processes applicable to the CRM license, ie. Sales, Support or Marketing to maximize use of SFDC application. · Create and deliver ongoing training content for refresher training and rolling out new features to promote ongoing adoption. · Write and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configuration of this SFDC instance and related help materials for end users (wiki / FAQ, etc). · Develop and lead the Salesforce.com administrative support queue for internal support routing and case resolution. · Implement Change Management Processes to control the fix / enhancement lifecycle, from identification and approval, through implementation across Sandbox and Production instances. Log, track and own identified system problems through resolution. · Lead routine data cleansing processes and create processes to maintain quality data. · Continuous monitoring to ensure data is captured accurately and completely across the organization.
