We have done some basic configuration to get multicast working on the SF local area network and a few of our WAN sites. To date, we've enabled multicast, configured a multi-cast subnet and set up a rendezvous point. We are now configuring an Adobe Media Server to stream multi-cast as a proof of concept on the configured subnets. This work is being done within the next week. We'd like a person who has designed and deployed a multi-cast network. Design in terms of looking at our documentation and giving us a thumbs up or thumbs down. Assuming it's a thumbs up, we want the engineer to work with our team to complete the POC and then work on a plan to rollout (and test) the configuration worldwide (35 sites). * Our estimate is about a month of work - maybe longer.
