We have an urgent opening for *Business Systems Analyst *and I have sent you a job description ,Please go through it and let me know if you are comfortable with it and also send me your updated resume ASAP as applicable *(Updated Resume with your Employer Details ) .* * Job Title: Business Systems Analyst* * Location: Southborough, MA * *Duration: 6+ Months * *Start: ASAP* *Tripwire Engineer* This role will be integrating and data mapping from the old HR system (Peoplesoft) to the new system (SuccessFactors), primarily on the back end. Interaction with SuccessFactors front end application will be limited. This is not an opp. to learn SuccessFactors. The right candidate will have very strong SQL skills and be able to read and write in a standard SQL (no database specfically). Primary responsibility will be to take documentation for old system in SQR, select query statements and translate SQR from peoplesoft to SQL in successfactors. This requires an ability to read SQR/SQL, write whereas, conditions, etc. If the candidate does not have HR, a high technical capacity with SQL and integrations/data mapping will be required. In that situation, the candidate must have an ability to work with very little supervision and a highly demanding team. Self-starter, self-motivated, works very independently in undefined situations, ability to get info from people with limited time capacity and learn new data models required. Excellent communication skills also a must. Some bus. reqs gathering and functional design documentation may be necessary but primarily, the requirements will be the old SQR statements that need to be transitioned. There are 150 integrations internally and about 60 that go to outside vendors. Experience with another HR platform helpful. Experience with SuccessFactors preferred but not necessary. Having worked with another web or cloud based application or client based server for integrations/data modeling is sufficient. Must have: 10+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst Functional Design experience Solid experience in interface, integration & data mapping definition & design Integrations: identify data and fields from data store and how to map to outbound files. Data Mapping: DBAs on team will assist/support the BA with table info, experience with SF data model not necessary but other cloud or web based app/client based server is.
