*Please provide a short description of the project:* ETL and Informatica
Architect, Informatica Administration, Team Lead for tasks related to
Enterprise Data Warehouse.
*Please provide a full listing of the day to day tasks to be performed by
the Consultant (be descriptive and specific):*
Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
1 Manage ETL for large multi-terabyte Medicaid data warehouse/databases and
security for Protected Health Information (PHI) data access.
2 Implement Fine Grained Access Control Audit (FGAC) and Virtual Private
Database (VPD) for database environment and Oracle LDAP directory.
3 Manage and validate database and ETL architecture to ensure high
availability of the production database.
4. Installation and upgrade and support of
• Informatica Powercenter 9x on Client PARisc/Itanium Unix
11.11, 11.31 environment using Oracle database 10x , 11x repository
• Informatica Data Quality and Address Doctor 9x on Client
Itanium Unix 11.31 environment using Oracle database 10x or 11x repository.
• Informatica Advisor 9x
5. Manage Informatica environment which includes administering Informatica
users, groups, and connections, automating repository backups and restores
using UNIX shell scripting, monitoring and troubleshooting, migrating ETL
objects, and working with Informatica Customer Support to resolve critical
issues.
6. Design and develop Portal pages or OBIEE Web reports documenting
Informatica statistics and metadata

portfolio of applications
- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions.

*Requested Qualifications*
84 Months Demonstrated experience working with MEDICAID data including
experience with Medicaid claim netting.
84 Months Demonstrated work experience using National Health Care coding
standards like ICD-9 CM/ICD10, NDC, DSM III/IV/V
84 Months Demonstrated experience collaborating with developers as a
team lead in designing Informatica ETL and database architecture using
datawarehousing concepts.
84 Months Demonstrated experience on the installation and upgrade and
administration of Informatica Powercenter 7x, 8x, 9x on Client
PARisc/Itanium Unix 11.11, 11.31 environment having Oracle 9i, 10g , 11g
repository. . (NOTE: installation of the Informatica client will not be
considered as experience on the installation and upgrade of Powercenter)
84 Months Demonstrated experience with Unix Shell scripting, PL/SQL
programming, developing web reports using Oracle Portal or OBIEE Web reports
24 Months Demonstrated experience on the installation and upgrade and
support of Informatica Data Quality 8x, 9x, and Informatica Address Doctor
8x, 9x and Informatica Advisor on Client PARisc/Itanium Unix 11.11, 11.31
environment having Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g repository . (NOTE: installation of
the client will not be considered as experience on the installation and
upgrade of Data Quality.)
60 Months Demonstrated work experience implementing Fine Grain Access
Control Audit (FGACA) and Virtual Private Database (VPD) to protect Health
Care data such as Medicaid, Pharmacy, and HIPAA Protected Health
Information (PHI).

according to the specific program needs.
