Title: Weblogic Administrator /Middleware Analyst Location: Mounds View, MN Duration: 6+ months Start : ASAP Job Description : Job Duties: Conducts analysis of systems specifications, Develops diagrams and flow charts, Gathers information from system users, Plans and participates in studies of application systems, Prepares proposals to reflect costs, Prepares system and programming documentation, Supports and services systems This position is a mix of application support, consultation and support and engineering of application hosting infrastructure. Requires knowledge of several middleware technologies. Tasks include: Providing operations support and instruction to application developers Analysis of the current environment, and potentially, depending on the candidate, assessment of current toolset and recommendations for standards going forward. Demonstrated competency / affinity towards strong analysis and planning required. Strong organizational skills will be required, along with experience in the middleware technologies listed Top 3 things: Self-starter Analytical Technical competency in at least two of the leading middleware technologies: IIS, Apache, Tomcat or Oracle (WebLogic) preferred.
