Provide direction to DBA's. Manage database design and all development related responsibilities including data loads, SQL script, stored procedures and SQL performance tuning. Determine database structural requirements by analyzing business requirements, operations and applications. Develops database solutions by designing proposed system; defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications.
