But the person needs to have solid software engineering skills and should demonstrate the aptitude and interest to learn new skills. The person should be self-motivated and should be able to make progress on their tasks with-out much supervision or guidance. Most of the team members will be remote and the developer should have good communication skills and should be comfortable working with remote team mates.
