This position could lead to full time employment.* *Summary of Duties include:* · *Articulates, communicates and implements effective Change Management strategies and activities to measure, monitor, evaluate and realign change strategies based on feedback;* · *Develop subject matter expertise in specific functional area to support effective targeted communication, marketing, training, and organizational realignment leveraging Oracle eBusiness functionality;* · *Create business process documentation (including new standard procedures) and demonstrate system functionality to senior management and business owners;* · *Create and deliver custom, on-site courses to different levels of County employees at different County sites;* · *Collaborate with functional subject matter experts, and UPK developers in the design and review of course materials and recommend updates in preparation for training delivery;* · *Lead in creating class exercises, job aids and other training content as needed based on training data and course material.* · *Manages stakeholder expectations and encourages positive behaviors in response to operational and organizational change;* · *Partners with appropriate internal staff and utilizes communications technologies to communicate understanding, monitor trends, address concerns and guides development of tools to facilitate business processes;* · *Assesses operational and organizations needs through interviews, surveys and focus groups to identify gaps and aligns related strategic initiatives to the County Executive’s objectives and mission;* · *Develops training curriculum, job aides, training materials and conducts logistical planning and scheduling for deployment of training;* · *Designs and publishes training material through media utilizing Camtasia and UPKs.* · *Develops organizational metrics to baseline and measure success over time in conjunction with stakeholders;* · *Establishes strong and credible relationship with management and employees to successfully build trust, collaboration and integrity;* · *Demonstrates experience and knowledge of principles, practices, and systems of organizational design, change management, and organizational development;* · *Demonstrates experience and knowledge of core business functions and processes, including procurement, budget, financial management, human resources management and experience in business process re-engineering activities.* *Desirable Competencies:* · *Interpersonal Skills – demonstrates strong communication skills dealing with all levels of management and is effective at developing creditability and relationships.* · *Facilitation and Presentation Skills – demonstrates consensus/coalition building with stakeholders, management, and employees at all levels in the organization.* · *Marketing – able to assess audience; develop communication and deliver messages* · *Organizational Development – demonstrates organizational design, integration and analysis; individual and team development; employee engagement group facilitation, coaching and mentoring* · *Business Process Analysis – able to perform analysis of performance gaps* · *Organizational Change Assessment – experience in assessing an organization’s ability to adapt to process or systems changes* · *Training and Development – experience developing and designing training curriculum, job aides, training material* · *Multimedia – experience designing and publishing training through multimedia* *Knowledgeable of:* · *Medium-to-Large Organizational Change Management initiative* · *Oracle E-business* · *Human Resources* · *Technology* · *Financials* · *Procurement* · *Budgeting* *Contract staff will work side-by-side with County staff to develop communications and marketing material, engage, support and train County employees, and develop strategies for monitoring and evaluating success.* *Anupam Amita |* *Technical Recruiter* | *Apetan Consulting LLC* Tel 201-620-9700* 107 | Fax: 201-526-6869 | 72 Van Reipen Avenue # 255 Jersey City, NJ 07306 [email protected] | www.apetan.com *Disclaimer:* We respect your Online Privacy.
