This person must have testing skills in Salesforce Applications and have Salesforce 201 and 401 Certifications. This person will be assisting in the ongoing projects in the BA capacity. The goal for this is person is to contribute to the successful implementation of the ongoing initiatives, be the expert and provide best practice scalable solutions. This contract position exists because there are more projects than what the internal team can handle.* - *Ability to gather complete requirements, asking the right questions* - *Responsiveness and clear communication skills as the person will be communicating with Developer and Stakeholders* - *Ability to manage a large list of tasks* - *High attention to detail a must* - *Understanding of interconnectedness and impact of solutions on existing functionality* - *Ability to operate in a complex Salesforce instance and build out scalable solutions* - *Advanced knowledge of configuration, including but not limited to button hacks, advanced complex validation rules, advanced formulas* - *Excel messaging skills e.g. vlookups etc is a must* - *High analytics skills to be able to identify and analyze the current state of the org/subset of functionality* - *Ability to create project documentation including flow charts, requirement documents, test plans, test scripts* - *Ability to plan and execute well rounded testing to account for impact to the current functionality* - *Ability to work with Snapshot/Demand Tools (Salesforce tools)* - *Someone with familiarity in Waterfall and AGILE methodologies* - *Ability to wear multiple hats and shift tasks as priorities reshuffle* *Physical address for the work location is 1000 North Post Oak in Houston* - *At least 3 years of hands on Salesforce implementation experience is a must.* - *High levels of accountability and competence.
