I have a Contract position open for a Senior .Net Developer in Novi, MI. In addition to the technical prerequisites, the ideal candidate should also have solid analytical skills, and be able to work directly with the business sponsor to understand requirements and enhance the existing application. This position will require the consultant to work at the in Novi, MI.
*Location: Novi, Michigan (Candidate should live within driving distance of Ryder Novi, MI office)* *Length of assignment: 6 months contract * *Interviews will be scheduled from: Immediate* *Preferred Start Date: Immediate for a good candidate* *REQUIREMENTS * - *At least 5 years of experience developing with ASP.NET <http://asp.net> MVC (Razor)* - *At least 5 years of experience in NHibernate or Entity Framework is required.* - *At least 5 years of experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.* - *At least 3 years of experience with full application development lifecycle, test-driven design (TDD) and unit testing** (C#)* - *At least 3 years of experience with Scrum or similar Agile methodologies* - *AngularJS, Knockout.js or equivalent javascript framework is preferred.* - *Event-driven SOA (SOA 2.0) and Message Queuing using RabbitMQ is preferred.* - Mobile experience including Adaptive Web Design and Responsive Design techniques is preferred. - Familiarity with Bootstrap framework is preferred. - Familiarity with REST services and ASP.NET <http://asp.net> Web API - Must be able to work directly with the customer to understand new requirements and design an appropriate solution. - Must have solid estimation skills, be able to keep commitments to deadlines. - Must be able to develop and test the solution independently. - Must be able to work in a team environment. - Any experience in developing a WMS (Warehouse Management System) system will be a plus.
